Bolger Design + Remodeling warrants all labor in its contract work to be free from defects in workmanship for 5 years.

Should any workmanship prove to be substandard, Bolger Design + Remodeling will repair it free of charge within the 5 Year Warranty period. No exceptions.

To make a warranty claim you don’t have to fill out any forms. Just notify Bolger Design + Remodeling promptly about the problem. We will expedite repair work after determining in our reasonable judgement that the problem is covered by the warranty.

This warranty applies to all contract work performed by Bolger Design + Remodeling or our subcontractors. Products and appliances manufactured off-site are not included. Such products are covered under manufacturer's warranties.

Finally, we assume normal residential wear and tear. And do not include neglect, acts of God, fire, flood, tornadoes, accidents, vandalism or items repaired or modified by anyone other than Bolger Design + Remodeling employees or our subcontractors.
